解决IDEA不支持EL/JSTL表达式

解决IDEA新建Maven Web项目约束版本太低，导致不支持EL/JSTL表达式的方法

1）找到如图中的maven-archrtype-webapp模板所在的位置

2）一般情况下，都是在maven 的本地仓库中，按图索骥吧

3）这一步一定要是打开，而不是解压，打开之后，按图中框选的目录找到web.xml文件，并进行修改

4）修改成如下的代码，版本号在3以上即可。
