的确找不到，再尝试http://www.springframework.org/schema/webflow-config ，可以访问，并且显示内容中有关于spring-webflow-config的，点开得到路径 http://www.springframework.org/schema/webflow-config/spring-webflow-config.xsd，将地址拷贝到 xml文件中，问题即可解决。
