基于java高校学生党员发展管理系统设计与实现

摘 要
随着高校学生规模的不断扩大，高校内的党员统计及发展管理工作面临较大的压力，高校信息化建设的不断优化发展也进一步促进了系统平台的应用，借助系统平台可以实现更加高效便捷的党员信息统计，同时可以利用系统平台实现预备党员与正式党员的信息区分，借助系统实现在线入党申请、公告查询以及资料管理，相比传统的高校党员管理模式，系统化的高校学生党员发展管理可以实现更加便捷的党员信息记录和查询，借助系统平台积极推动了高校内党员管理的工作效率及信息管理水平。
结合当前高校党员发展管理的应用现状，随着高校信息化建设的不断推进， 本文借助VUE+Springboot的框架模式实现学生党员发展管理系统的开发设计，借助线上系统平台实现在线的学生申请管理和审批，考虑到高校在学生党员发展管理的流程化，通过入党申请、积极分子、发展对象、预备党员及正式党员多个阶段的申请和审核来实现高校学生党员的发展。有效利用线上系统平台实现电子化申请资料的审核及反馈，进一步优化提升了高效学生党员申请、管理及审批的效率。

Abstract
With the continuous expansion of the scale of college students, the party member statistics and development management in colleges and universities are facing greater pressure, and the continuous optimization and development of university informatization construction has further promoted the application of the system platform, with the help of the system platform can achieve more efficient and convenient party member information statistics, and at the same time can use the system platform to achieve the information distinction between preparatory party members and formal party members, with the help of the system to achieve online party membership application, announcement inquiry and data management, compared with the traditional college party member management mode, The systematic management of party member development of college students can realize more convenient party member information recording and query, and actively promote the work efficiency and information management level of party member management in colleges and universities with the help of the system platform.
Combined with the current application status of party member development management in colleges and universities, with the continuous advancement of informatization construction in colleges and universities, this paper realizes the development and design of student party member development management system with the help of VUE+Springboot’s framework model, realizes online student application management and approval with the help of online system platform, considers the process of student party member development management in colleges and universities, and realizes the development of college student party members through the application and review of multiple stages of party membership, activists, development targets, reserve party members and formal party members. The online system platform is effectively used to realize the review and feedback of electronic application materials, which further optimizes and improves the efficiency of efficient student party member application, management and approval.
