措施

是因为mysql的高版本原因，需要在路径后面追加useSSL=false
注意：
1）如果前面就是光秃秃的路径没有其他值，需要添加?符号用于分隔

jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/school?useSSL=false

2）如果前面不只是光秃秃的路径有其他值，需要添加&符号用于分隔

这里是在xml配置文件中编写的，所以&等特殊字符需要转义，防止被当作多个参数
如果是在peoperties等配置文件中，直接使用&字符即可

jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/school?characterEncoding=utf-8&serverTimezone=UTC&useSSL=false
