解决方法：

检查node与npm是否安装成功

node -v  npm -v

全局安装epress测试npm是否能正常使用 npm install express -g

安装失败，连接超时，进行如下操作

npm config set proxy null 清空代理

npm cache clean --force 清理缓存

npm config set registry http://registry.npmjs.org/ 重新设置镜像源

npm config set registry https://registry.npm.taobao.org 国内淘宝镜像

（如果嫌安装依赖慢的话 可以使用这个）

再次安装express进行测试

如上成功。

在项目中使用npm install 进行测试发现可以正常使用运行项目。
