maven使用 clean tomcat7:run 启动模块报错

maven使用 clean tomcat7:run 启动模块报错，可以看到上面有个错 org.springframework.web.SpringServletContainerInitializer

            <scope>provided</scope>
        </dependency>

我这里加了provided，但是还是报错，后来解决了 在dubbo依赖那里加上 

         <exclusions>
                <exclusion>
                    <groupId>javax.servlet</groupId>
                    <artifactId>javax.servlet-api</artifactId>
                </exclusion>
            </exclusions>
