这个问题还是很好解决的，根据报错信息显而易见，报错是缺少插件而造成的。

因此只需在pom.xml中加入如下插件即可：（打包时排除测试类）

    <plugin>
        <groupId>org.apache.maven.plugins</groupId>
        <artifactId>maven-surefire-plugin</artifactId>
        <version>2.4.2</version>
        <configuration>
            <skipTests>true</skipTests>
        </configuration>
    </plugin>

install后成功
