使用RecyclerView实现聊天界面

最后的界面效果如下图展示，可以实现本地的消息对聊，权当自己瞎玩了！

1.首先在Module下的build.gradle文件中添加RecyclerView类库的依赖：

2.聊天背景框

(1)左边聊天背景框shape_chat_leftbg.xml
