The tools, skills and techniques used to communicate policy decisions to the organisation.

4. EA Governance

Business Model Management

-Require appropriate business model management tools for EA

-Included the need to manage Process Models(Business changes very quickly), Data Models, Architectural schema org charts. etc.

-Business Modeling tool provides the supporting governance environment required for IS activity to meet business objectives and development standards.


5. What is ARIS?

ARIS is able to manage the complexity inherent in the various business models and to ensure model consistency and provides for management of Zachman Framework Enterprise Architecture objects.

An EA Tool

To design and manage business process modeling, providing output to help manage related items such as user roles, organizational units and system interfaces. 

EA is about understanding all of the different elements that go to make up the Enterprise and how those elements inter-relate.
