idea项目无法启动,报Command line is too long

Idea启动项目报错:
Error running:“项目”
Command line is too long. Shorten command line for 项目 or also for JUnit default configuration.
如图所示:

解决方案:
在.idea/workspace.xml中添加如下代码


```xml
<component name="PropertiesComponent">
   ...
    <property name="dynamic.classpath" value="true" />
    ...
  </component>

在该位置添加中间的一行就可以了
