Cyclo(Leu-Thr)是一种人工合成的二肽化合物，由L-Leucine和L-Threonine通过肽键连接而成。环二肽又叫2,5-二酮哌嗪的衍生物,作为环肽成员中比较小的一类环肽，专肽生物有部分环二肽，也可以根据实验需求，定制含D型与L型，S与R构型的氨基酸。它具有抑制蛋白质合成和诱导细胞凋亡的作用。Cyclo(Leu-Thr)的结构与天然存在的胰岛素无关。Cyclo(Leu-Thr)通过抑制核糖核蛋白激酶的活性，抑制核糖体合成蛋白质的过程。
