PSMA I＆F作为一种Ⅱ型跨膜糖蛋白，在几乎所有的PCa细胞中都有表达，尤其在低分化、转移和激素抵抗性PCa中表达上调；同时，PSMA的生理性表达低，仅分布于少数器官中，具有较高的特异性。
