以下是Windows下安装的常见问题总结：

一、安装TensorFlow问题 解决Cannot uninstall 'wrapt'. It is a distutils installed project

ERROR: Cannot uninstall 'wrapt'. It is a distutils installed project and thus we cannot accurately determine which files belong to it which would lead to only a partial uninstall.

办法：输入 pip install -U --ignore-installed wrapt enum34 simplejson netaddr

2.

ERROR: tensorboard 1.14.0 has requirement setuptools>=41.0.0, but you'll have setuptools 39.1.0 which is incompatible.

原因： setuptools 版本太低

办法：输入 pip install setuptools==41.0.0

二、出现site-packages\h5py\__init__.py:36: FutureWarning: Conversion of the second 的解决办法

问题：h5py包，h5py 和 numpy 版本冲突

办法：对h5py进行更新升级     pip install h5py==2.8.0rc1
