一、跳转系统设置页面

1、例如跳转隐私->定位服务页面

if ([[UIApplication sharedApplication] canOpenURL:[NSURL URLWithString:@"prefs:root=LOCATION_SERVICES"]])
{
  [[UIApplication sharedApplication] openURL:[NSURL URLWithString:@"prefs:root=LOCATION_SERVICES"]];
}

这样便可以跳转的定位服务的授权页面，下边带上其它页面的路径，替换路径即可

此跳转方法并没有找到苹果的官方说明，还有人遇到上架被拒的情况： prefs:root为私有接口，所以慎用；

注意：如果不能跳转，尝试在Targets-Info-URL Types-URL Schemes中添加prefs（向下支持到iOS 5.1）

二、跳转到设置中自己APP设置页面

    [[UIApplication sharedApplication] openURL:[NSURL URLWithString:UIApplicationOpenSettingsURLString]];

此方法向下支持iOS 8，前提是在设置下方的app列表中存在你的app，也就是说你的app请求了系统的设置项，例如隐私的各个授权项。效果就是QQ提示打开定位权限的那样。

其中关于UIApplicationOpenSettingsURLString的官方接口说明如下：

Used to create a URL that you can pass to the openURL: method. When you open the URL built from this string, the system launches the Settings app and displays the app’s custom settings, if it has any.
