To get started, go to Applications –> Ubuntu Software Center

 

 

Next, type ‘Adobe Flash Plugin 10’ in the search box, then select Adobe and click ‘More Info’

 

 

Then click ‘Use This Source’

 

 

Next, click ‘Install’
