出现上面问题导致服务器无法启动的，是出现端口被占用了，我是放着没动1个小时候重新启动，端口就卡住一直占用。

方法

1  win+r  输入cmd

2  netstat -aon|findstr "输入被占用的端口号"

3  关掉进程

taskkill /pid 16780 /f

像我就在这里输入16780
