HttpClient工具类

简介

HttpClient是Apache的一个子项目，是高效的、功能丰富的支持HTTP协议的客户端编程工具包。

HttpClient作用：发送HTTP请求、接收响应数据

为什么要在Java程序中发送Http请求？

微信服务、地图服务、短信服务、天气预报服务

操作步骤

导入配置文件
