You must restart adb and Eclipse.Please ensure that adb is correctly located at。。。。 当你出现以上问题的时候试过很多方法都不行，那就尝试一下一下方法 将platform-tools目录和tools目录加到Path环境变量中！重启eclipse即可

遇到这个错误是因为文件被占用了，重启试一试
