标题 ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement torch==1.6.0+cu101 (from versions: none)

使用如下命令安装pytorch的时候

pip install torch==1.6.0+cu101 torchvision==0.7.0+cu101 -f https://download.pytorch.org/whl/torch_stable.html

出现了报错

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement torch==1.6.0+cu101 (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for torch==1.6.0+cu101

网上有很多解决方案，不过我报错的原因居然是因为开了vpn，关掉后就成功了
