（1）通过mysql -uroot -p你的密码，登录到mysql后可以通过如下方式查看当前的字符集

     mysql> show variables like 'collation_%';

     mysql> show variables like 'character%';

（2）修改默认字符集

>在etc文件夹下新建my.cnf文件

>将usr/share/mysql/my-large.cnf文件里面的内容拷贝到my.cnf

>然后修改my.cnf文件，修改如下：

[mysqld]
   #mysql 5.5以上版本后用这个Key，以前版本是 default-character-set

character-set-server=utf8

init_connect='SET NAMES utf8'

datadir=/var/lib/mysql

socket=/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock

# Disabling symbolic-links is recommended to prevent assorted security risks

symbolic-links=0

# Settings user and group are ignored when systemd is used.

# If you need to run mysqld under a different user or group,

# customize your systemd unit file for mysqld according to the

# instructions in http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Systemd

[mysqld_safe]

log-error=/var/log/mysqld.log

pid-file=/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.pid

 

[client]

default-character-set=utf8

   >重启mysql ：service mysqld restart

（3）新建数据库

GBK: create database test2 DEFAULT CHARACTER SET gbk COLLATE gbk_chinese_ci;

UTF8: CREATE DATABASE `test2` DEFAULT CHARACTER SET utf8 COLLATE utf8_general_ci;

（4）命令导入.sql文件

Mysql -uroot -p123456 -D数据库名<\.sql文件路径

（5）创建用户

grant all on *.* to user1@localhost identified by “password”;或者

grant all on *.* to user1@”%” identified by “password”;
