JSP中传后台中文参数乱码解决办法

方法1：

修改tomcat的server.xml文件如下：

<Connector URIEncoding="utf-8" connectionTimeout="20000" port="8080" protocol="HTTP/1.1" redirectPort="8443"/>

增加 URIEncoding="utf-8" 

方法2：

name = new String(request.getParameter("name").getBytes("iso8859-1"),"utf-8");
