docker启动postgres容器无法启动 popen failure: Cannot allocate memory

1、错误内容

容器启动后报错无法正常启动
popen failure: Cannot allocate memory

报错信息：

popen failure: Cannot allocate memory
initdb: error: The program "postgres" is needed by initdb but was not found in the
same directory as "/usr/lib/postgresql/14/bin/initdb".
Check your installation.

2、解决方案：

现在docker版本有bug，升级docker版本。
