seata jdk11下运行报错

[root@izwz9d7kphdifrrmcvfmuiz bin]# ./seata-server.sh

问题原因：下载下来的seata 默认没有存放日志文件的目录，linux环境运行需要输出日志

解决方法
手动创建seata/logs/seata_gc.log 目录和文件
