sitemesh 与 webwork 在web.xml配置中的问题

今天整合了一下webwork与sitemesh发现所有经过*.action的请求都不会被包装。。
郁闷了一下午，终于找到答案。
原来是在web.xml配置中的顺序问题。
sitemesh的过滤器一定要在webwork上面。一下使我的配置：
