AIX 下面的VIM困惑

这几天做了个小实验，想从linux上面产看文件的编码，网上也给出了解决方案，用VIM--->:set fileencoding就可以了，但是在IBM 的AIX上面为什么显示的是空呢？（在ubuntu上面显示的是正常的，下面是测试的内容。。。。。迷惑惑了）。难道是由于AIX上面的locale是C所以显示不出来？？请指教~

在网上看了下，主要的几个选项是fileencoding是查看文件编码
fileencodings是加载字符集的顺序
encoding是当前系统的locale
termencoding是打开终端的上面字符集
重点在下面几个选项与所说的完全没有出入，但是为什么AIX上面的fileencoding没有显示的，个人认为是系统的字符集有限，格式显示不出来（enca就可能有这种情况），但是如果显示不出来那在sqlloader读取flatfile的时候，系统是怎么区分的呢？？？？？？？疑惑了。。。。
