Solution of the Ball Mill Hollow Shaft Lubrication

Maintenance the hollow shaft moving bearing parts is important, the thin oil cooled by the hollow shaft reduce the bearing temperature to 60 degrees, whcih belongs to the normanl range. The advantages of this ball mill bearing are as followings :

1. Thin oil lubrication is superior to grease , which decrease the bearing friction coefficient to a minimum, and the energy-saving effect is better( which is suitable for the impact crusher and the other mining equipments) .

2. the normal operation temperature of the bearing is much lowerer than the oil lubricated bearings temperature , and extend the service life of the bearing.

3. The Oil level observation  scale is equipped under the bearing , the operator can always see the oil level  , and replenish oil timely to prevent poor lubrication due to lack of oil, thus avoiding the  bearing damage accidents.

4.   Remove   the outside  top sets of the bearing, to prevent dust from entering the bearing box,  maintain the good quality of oil,  ensure that the service life of the bearings, safe and reliable operation.

5.  due to the increase of  the rolling bearing diameter, which  formes the average outer diameter of the hollow shaft diameter difference, having certain effect to the employ of the thin oil lubrication chamber, improve bit of thin oil, reduce thin oil spillover.

6. Due to the installation of the rolling bearing parts of the hollow shaft diameter bold, the radial distance between the rolling bearing out of the feed screw barrel increase,which has played a certain insulation cooling effect, cool the bearing and prolong life .

To solve this problem, we reserched and developed a new technology of dilute oil lubrication Rolling Block.

In summary, this new hollow shaft rolling bearing installation forms and methods is the progress and improvement on the basis of the original installation method. This new thin oil lubrication bearing is essential to the good working of the bearing.
