Structure and Categories of the Flotation Machine

As we all know, the flotation machine is suitable for non-ferrous ferrous metal sorting, which can also be used for non-metal selection , such as: coal fluorite, talc sorting. The flotation machine is driven by a motor triangular substituting transmission impeller rotates, centrifugal effect negative pressure is formed, on the one hand, suction sufficient air is mixed with the slurry, on the other hand,  the slurry is completely mixed with the drug, while refining the foam, so thatthe mineralization foam is formed after it floating to pulp surface reformulation . Adjust the gate height, control the liquid level, and the useful foam scraper is scraped off.

In general, the flotation machine (flotation machine) is composed by the following basic components  :
(1) tank slot , there are Admission hole and exhaust ore hole on the tank slot, and  gate device which adjust the mineral liquid level.
(2) inflatable device
(3) a stirring device
(4) the discharge mineralized foams apparatus.
According to the inflatable type of its flotation machine,it can be roughly divided into the following two categories:
◆ mechanical flotation machine
(1) mechanical flotation machine works according to   the rotation of the impeller or rotary to the pulp ,thus carry out the  aeration and agitation.
(2) inflatable stirring type is a kind of machine which is a combination of mechanical stirring and external pressure air flotation machine.
◆ air flotation machine
  (1) puffer type, such flotation machine works by an external compressor to give as gifts compressed air, so that the pulp inflatable and stirring. It can be divided into two types: simple pressure gas flotation machine; airlift flotation machine.
(2) such a flotation machine use the gas precipitation method, by changing the gas pressure in the slurry within the gas from the the precipitated dispersion within the pulp gas hold, and the slurry was stirred, which is also known as pressure swing formula. It also subdivided into two types: exhaust buck flotation machine; a pressurized flotation machine.

In addition, if divide by the slot structures of the foam flotation machine  ,  it can be divided into scraper-type flotation machine and tank flotation machine structure . can be divided into a deep trough-type flotation machine and shallow trough flotation machine according to the foam discharging method.
