花了两天时间在网上找资料今天终于是弄起来了！！

web.xml ：

在WEB-INF下新建flex文件夹加入message-config.xml,proxy-config.xml,remoting-config.xml,service-config.xml

commons-httpclient-3.0.1.jar,commons-codec-1.3.jar,cfgatewayadapter.jar,backport-util-concurrent.jar

spring所需的jar包：

org.springframework.flex-1.0.2.RELEASE.jar，commons-httpclient-3.0.1.jar，spring.jar,spring-beans.jar

spring-context.jar,spring-context-support.jar,spring-core.jar,spring-tx.jar,spring-webmvc.jar

Flex测试文件Test.xml :
