ICML2007上的两篇文章：Boosting for transfer learning和Self-taught learning

之所以又把老文章翻出来，是因为一些很有意思的事情。不是文章具体内容的事情，而是两篇文章的价值以及两个第一作者的去处，很有意思。

看Ng老师就知道应该是篇不错的文章了，这篇文章应该是首次提出Self-taught learning的思想，去transfer learning以及其他传统learning方法区别可以用下面这种图来说明：
