扳开关的和写代码的

今天在给客户找一个职位，候选人告诉我一个概念，同样是做存储产品的售后支持，同样是onsite在银行客户那，但他读完JD后告诉我，他与职位的不同在于，扳开关的和写代码的。

同样是在一个部门，角色分工很不同，这也是做技术职位比较有意思的地方。

Job Title: Global Solution Service- Senior service delivery representative

Location: Beijing

Company Background:

·         One of the leading of storage industry.

Responsibility:

·         Conduct or participate in customer meetings related to solutions, infrastructure, design and overall deployment

·         Have ability to design the whole solution, not only data placement on storage base, but also ally with solution, such as rehearsal, performance tuning linked with OS and Database.

·         Communicate and demonstrate solutions to customer base, such as POC.

 

 Requirement:

·         Relevant work experience (include 5+ years storage/system vendor experience) on server and storage.

·         In depth IT infrastructure knowledge with diagnostic abilities

·         Understand and handle big issue in data center environments with clear idea
