SDWebImage

根据查看这个两个podspec文件的内容，可以把libwebp的podspec文件的中的git：

地址修改为

"git": "https://github.com/webmproject/libwebp.git",

"git":"https://github.com/webmproject/libwebp.git",

这样通过

  pod 'SDWebImage/WebP'

pod install就会安装成功了，就不会报错

fatal: unable to access 'https://chromium.googlesource.com/webm/libwebp/': Failed to connect to chromium.googlesource.com port 443: Operation timed out
