4.在Eclipse 中新建Struts2的项目

4.1 新建一个java web项目；

4.2 加载所需基础jar 包并引用（将jar包放到项目WebContent/WEB-INF/lib/下）

4.3 配置web.xml

4.4 创建action类并创建Struts.xml和result.jsp

        System.out.println("执行Action");
