^ ^给Struts 2初学者的建议

1. 忘记Struts 1;
2. 遍阅《Starting Struts 2》；
3. 跳过Struts 2.0， 从Struts 2.1.8.1开始；
4. 遇到问题, 首先想到《Apache Struts 2 Documentation》;
5. 初期跟着Bootstrap学, 然后跟着struts-2.1.8.1-all.zip里的apps搞;
6. 后期用好Guides.

题外话:
英语看不懂就硬搞, 拿词霸、Google翻译、Google字典来戳. 戳得要死的时候, 就可以不用了.
最开始一直忽略api和reference, 后来才发现真他妈是个好东西. 没有必要浪费时间紧试, 绕大圈子.

这本书是随Struts 2.0出来的, 是对Struts 2的一个概述, 不涉及细节.
至于作者有没有写新的东西, 就不知道了.

既然有中文的书看, 就看看吧. 不过还是推荐啃英文Guides和API, 比较国内的有些书比较烂...

虽然Struts 2.0到Struts 2.1的改动并不大, 但是改进值得肯定.
不仅是要Struts 2.1, 还要是Struts 2.1.8.1. 为什么?
