Apschedule timezone报错

在执行Apschedule时报错：
Unable to determine the name of the local timezone – you must explicitly specify the name of the local timezone. Please refrain from using timezones like EST to prevent problems with daylight saving time. Instead, use a locale based timezone name (such as Europe/Helsinki).

解决方案：指定时区timezone=“UTC”

• Apschedule missed 错误log

Run time of job “func (trigger: interval[1:00:00], next run at: 2019-11-27 05:08:30 UTC)” was missed by 0:00:27.147810

解析：interval是1h执行一次，但是到达其执行时间由于某种原因延迟了27s，会导致func这个方法错过指定时间而不执行

解决：
‘coalesce’: True, #积攒的任务只跑一次
‘max_instances’: 1000, #支持1000个实例并发
‘misfire_grace_time’:600 #600秒的任务超时容错
