TRICONEX 3401电源模件：把外部电压转换成适合各Tricon模件使用的DC电源

-主处理器探测到有一系统故障。在这个情况下，两个报警触点都有可能被发动二没有相应的模件故障。

-机架之间的I/O总线电缆安装不正确（列如支路A的电缆不小心被连到了支路B上）

The dual redundant battery pack of Tricon is located on the front of the rack backplane, next to the I/O expansion port. In the event of a power failure, these lithium batteries can store data and programs for a cumulative retention time of six months. Therefore, Tricon recommends replacing the batteries (lithium batteries) every five years or after they have been in use for six months.

In a normal environment, both power modules are working, each supplying power to the Tricon. At this time, only the PASS and POWER indicator lights are on, and any power module can be individually supplied to the rack for a certain period of time. The power module can be replaced online and is considered a hot spare. Main frame alarm indication

The alarm contact of the main rack power module is triggered when

-The system configuration cannot match the configuration of the control program.

-One of the digital output (DO) modules has encountered a LOAD/FUSE error.

-A module is missing somewhere in the system.

-There is a main processor or I/O module fault in the main frame.

-An online I/O module in the expansion rack has failed. If there is a branch fault in an I/O module within an expansion rack, but it can continue to operate correctly or control is transferred to the hot standby, the main rack alarm will not be triggered.

-The main processor has detected a system malfunction. In this case, both alarm contacts may be activated without corresponding module faults.

-Incorrect installation of I/O bus cables between racks (as listed in branch A, the cables were accidentally connected to branch B)
