SEO 资源和工具

搜索引擎营销人员需要知道很多工具、 Web 站点和如何有效的使用这此资源和工具。关心 SEO 的 Web 开发人员，也应该对它们之中比较重要的一些有所了解。

一、 Web 分析器

Web 分析器测量特定 Web 站点的流量并跟踪用户行为。

1、 Google 分析器

Google 分析器（ http://www.google.com.hk/analytics ）是免费且强健的 Web 服务，专门进行 Web 分析。这个服务比较复杂，可以参考 Google Analytics （ Wiley ， 2006 ）。同时可以看看 Google 官方的产品功能演示 http://www.google.com/intl/zh-CN/analytics/tour.html 。

2、 Google 只是众多可用的分析工具之一。还有很多其它的工具也有类似的功能：

Click Tracks （ http://www.clicktracks.com/ ）

CoreMetrics （ http://www.coremetrics.com/ ）

HitTail （ http://www.hittail.com/ ）

二、 市场研究

了解自己 Web 站点的数据很重要，同样重要的是了解市场和竞争对手的信息。因此我们必需具备的能力是知道如何使用搜索引擎的内存特性。比如，如果希望搜索在 http://www.iteye.com/ 中被 Google 、 Yahoo ！或 MSN 所检索的全部页面，只要在递交查询时添加短语 site:www.iteye.com 。如图 1-1 显示了在 Google 中查询的结果。

1、 Yahoo ！站点浏览器

Yahoo ！站点浏览器（ Yahoo ！ Site Explorer ）显示了 Web 站点上的哪些页面被 Yahoo ！检索，以及哪些其他页面链接到它。查询 linkdomain:www.iteye.com 将显示如图 1-2 所示的 Yahoo ！站点浏览器页面。

2、 Google Trends

Google Trends 是 Google 提供的一个工具，提供在一段时间之内关键词索引的统计数据，数据最早可以追溯到 2004 年。

Google Trends 服务能够让你按照语言和地区进行分区，并在一个图里包含多个关键词短语。它可用于跟踪和预期特定时期的流量（如图 1-3 所示）。该服务在 http://www.google.com/trends 上。

3、 Alexa 排名

Alexa 排名试图根据流量来对全球全部的站点进行排名。流量排名的数据是通过 Alexa 工具条和其他链接到该服务的服务搜集到的。该服务是由 Alexa Internet 提供，这是一家 Amazon Incorporated 控股的子公司。截止到现在（ 2011-5-21 ）排名第一的是 Google ， Baidu.com 排名第六， QQ.COM 排名第十。

三、 研究关键词

广泛调查研究得到和你的 Web 站点相关的关键字，可能有利于在搜索引擎营销活动中瞄准关键词。但是， Web 搜索者实际使用的关键词可能会出乎意料很多。还好，我们还有工具可以挖掘可用的搜索数据，并且方便地得出既相关又经常查询的关键词。这各服务包括：

Wordtracker （ http://www.wordtracker.com ）

Keyword Discovery （ http://www.keyworddiscovery.com ）

iSpionage （ http://www.ispionage.com/ ）

注： Wordtracker ， Keyword Discovery 都是付费工具，它们能够深入到很小的搜索引擎获取数据。 iSpionage 是免费工具。 图 1-5 显示了 iSpionage 对关键词“ seo ”的结果。

由于这些工具都不能保证数据的完全精确，甚至还有可能被居心叵测的人操纵，因此最好使用两种工具和一些直觉来判断数据的真实性。
