创建表出错ERRNO -1

dba@localhost :  16:40:39> CREATE TABLE table_name(
   ERROR 1005 (HY000): Can't create table table_name(errno: -1)

创建出错了，  查看表是否存在：
dba@localhost :  16:40:47> desc table_name;
ERROR 1146 (42S02): Table 'table_name' doesn't exist


也不存在， 去查看数据文件目录的数据文件是否存在

OS error code   1:  Operation not permitted
查看系统错误号，没有权限执行，但LS -L的时候就看出问题了， 发现没有表定义文件。
[apps@PEMS_192 cdtms]$ ls -l table_name.ibd   只有IBD文件。
解决办法， 将IBD文件给移走，然后重创建。
[apps@PEMS_192 cdtms]$ mv table_name.* ../
[apps@PEMS_192 cdtms]$ /apps/svr/mariadb5/bin/mysql -uroot -p -S /tmp/mysql3307.sock

dba@localhost : cdtms 16:47:19> CREATE TABLE table_name(
     -> )ENGINE=InnoDB DEFAULT CHARSET=utf8;
