今天在用IDEA新建项目过程中，果然遇到了这个问题，这个问题主要还是在maven安装过程中配置问题。

简单了解下：maven仓库主要分为是三类，本地仓库、私服、中央仓库。而这三种的关系是，首先会从本地仓库获取，如果本地仓库没有则从私服(如果有配置)获取，如果私服没有则再往中央仓库获取。settings.xml配置文件中，默认配置为<localRepository>D:\repository</localRepository>

不过按照原文的配置后，但是新建项目依然不成功，最后只好悻悻更换了1.8的JDK，居然成功了。查了官方文档，解释为1.7或以上版本。(maven最新3.6.1)。不过也算是解决问题的一种思路吧，平时开发过程中，确实也很容易遇到使用软件或插件与JDK版本不兼容的问题。及时
