There is an ongoing debate about whether to plan all our vacation activities or decide what to do at the last minute.
While it is possible to cliam that being spontaneous gives you a sense of freedom, my view is that we should make plans in advance.
There are several solid reasons why planning in advance is considered to be advantageous.
Firstly,
by doing some preparation, people already have the plan for the day on what to do, what to see, and how they will travel to those palces. Therefore, they could visit more attractive and unique places during their holiday time.
Secondly,
a planned holiday would definitely save more budgets.
People who planned their holiday time could book airline tickets and accommodations from an earlier period.
As a result, they get lower price for airplane tickets and the hotel’s room rate as well.
In conclusion,
I prefer to have a planned holiday, as I could see more attractive places during that time and save more money.

Nowadays, more and more people choose to go abroad for further study.

From my perspective, there are several solid reasons why people are studying abroad.
One of the biggest reason for studying abroad for many international students is that they can be immersed in a totally different environment.
This enriching experience will enable them to see and do things they wouldn’t expect and meet people who have grown up in a different culture.
Moreover, becoming an international student can significantly broaden their study options.
For example, the UK, USA and Australia all have higher education systems as a huge percetage of the world’s most top-raking universities.
To sum up, more people choose to study overseas because of the fantastic benefits mentioned above.

At some point or another, we all get caught in the future trap. “If I could just earn X, or achieve Y, I’ll be happy”. We all know that superfical things such as money, status, power give fleeting, temporary happiness.
Yet, some people never get satisfied. There are advantages and disadvantages of people who are content with what they have and those who are never statisfied.
To start with, people who are never satisfied will try to pursue more, and they never give up.
However, they can become greedy and do whatever they can to get everything they want.
For the other kind of people, they always cherish what they have.
However, they may turn out to be lazy and do not want to fight for anything they want.

“describe some of the benefits of diversity in the workplace”

Diversity in the workplace has lauched a heated debate in today’s society.
It is an indisputable fact that diversity can bring a number of benefits to the workplace.
First of all, such diversity can potentially ameliorate the overall performance of the company.
That is to say when employees are coming from different backgrounds working in collaboration, the likelihood of coming up with more creative ideas, and hence achieving better outcomes will be significantly increased.
Besides that, workplace diversity can eliminate discrimination against others, such as people with dark skins.
To sum up, it would be greate to have workers from various backgrounds in the workplace.

This is on ongoing debate about whether people do things out their own will or because they are expected to do so by others.
From my point of view, it is easy to find out that people always do things because they want to do so.
There are several solid reasons that contribute to my idea.
Firstly, inner movitation is the biggest factor that affects our decision.
All we do is satisfy our own needs.
For example, people go to work either because they need the money to survive or they enjoy the feeling of being needed.
To sum up, I strongly believe that people choose to do things because of their own needs.

If there are two field for me to choose to study, I will choose to study literature.
The reason for my choice is that literature is a discipline that uses language to express social life and psychological activities.
Also, it is an important expression form of culture that I can get a deeper understanding of human history by studying it.
Literature expresses the inner feelings of writers in different forms and helps me to know more about the special literary period.
In conclusion, by studying literature, I am getting to know the diverse literature of different epochs.

If my supervise has given me a choice between these two positions, I would choose the position that is more challenging and involve learning new skills.
The reason for my choice is that I would like to accept challenges in my life no matter in which aspect, as it would help me to learn new skills and broaden my horizon.
Besides, taking the challenging in the working environment, I may have a better opportunity to get promotions, or the salary may increase as well.
In conclusion, if I can choose a challenging position and learn new skills, I would be happy to accept it and try my best.

Some people believe that teachers should be paid according to how much their students learn, while I disagree with this opinion and I am inclined to the view that teachers should be paid no matter how much their students learn as teachers are teaching their students equally and have tried their best to teach students with their best efforts.
For example, according to China Daily, 80% of high school teachers would stay up late to correct the students’ homework.
In conclusion, it is essential for teachers to get paid for the efforts they put into their job, rather than based on how much their students learn.

“it is easier to prepare food today compared to 100 years ago. Has this change improved our lives?” why or why not

Some people hold the view that our lives are improved because of easier food preparation today than 100 years ago, while I am more inclined to believe that life quality is not necessarily better with the level of difficulty of preparing food.
If people do not focus on the balance of their diet, then fast food such as burgers and fried chicken will swamp our daily eating and rather negatively affect our health.
For instance, research published recently by World Health Organization states that more than 34% world population has health issues related to fast food eating habits.
Thus, there is no causal link between easier preparation of food and the improvement of life quality.

In my opinion, traveling is the best thing to do in life.
If I had a chance to go somewhere, I would choose to travel with a group of friends becuase it is much more fun and enjoyable.
We can discover new things, meet different people, enjoy different foods, and experience different places together.
Traveling with other people would certainly be safe, and we can support and rely on each other.
Another reason I like to travel with a group is that traveling with friends is an excellent way to make friendships stronger and become more powerful.
It’s also good for learning more about your friends sharing experiences together.
Sharing your excitement and feeling during the trip with friends will make it an unforgettable adventure.
To sum up, traveling is one of the best ways to discover new things, different ways of life, to meet different people and enjoy picturesque places.
However, if people want to make their trip more memoriable and amusing, they should always have the company of good friends.

Some people believe that literacy is less important than it was in the past, while I am inclined to think that the ability to read and write is more important nowadays than in the past.

This is an ability that becomes mroe and more important nowadays due to the fast development of the internet and increasing amount of information on the website because people need to process information more quickly.
In conclusion, it is essential for people to be able to read and write today.
