2.3版本修改录像编码格式

因为工作中需要将摄像头录像的视频编码格式由h263的改为h264的，所以涉及到这块。

android2.3的视频编码格式由/system/etc/media_profiles.xml文件配设。

下面是修改为h264编码格式的文件。
