PyQt5解决This application failed to start because it could not find or load the Qt platform plugin"

原因是因为系统找不到PyQt5的路径，
然后我们只需要使用os模块添加环境变量即可

在开头添加

import os
import PyQt5
dirname=os.path.dirname(PyQt5.__file__)
plugin_path=os.path.join(dirname,'Qt5','plugins')
print(plugin_path)
os.environ['QT_PLUGIN_PATH']=plugin_path

之后就可以运行了。
