更新任务时间异常的BUG，for opengoo 版本1.3.rc2 解压缩后覆盖1.3.rc2中自带的中文包.

当前发布为1.3.RC2 中文语言包已被集成到了官方发布包里了，语言名改为了zh_cn，但中文搜索问题还未修复，还需要使用临时修复方案处理。

对于中文搜索不能正常工作的临时解决方案。 下载文件，替换掉opengoo根目录下面的 applications/models/searchable_objects/SearchableObjects.class.php 即可正确搜索中文内容。 适用于1.3RC1版本
