C# 完美实现窗口边缘吸附功能

参考网上的代码,发现窗口容易闪烁而且最小化后无法恢复,为此添加了一个是否隐藏的一个标志位,并且捕获窗口大小变化,经过测试比较好的实现了边缘吸附功能
