安装Mutate时，add-apt-repository报：找不到命令

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:mutate/ppa
[sudo] xxxx 的密码：
sudo: add-apt-repository：找不到命令

解决步骤：

sudo apt-get install python-software-properties software-properties-common

有提示的时候’y’就可以了。

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:mutate/ppa
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install mutate
