错误 108 (net::ERR_ADDRESS_INVALID):未知错误。

最近电脑老是突发性打不开网页，提示：错误 108 (net::ERR_ADDRESS_INVALID):未知错误。查了一下，说是hosts劫持，看了以下代码，没问题。

贴吧上又说是多重网络问题，但这个是什么意思？没搞懂。

谁知道怎样解决？QQ没断过线，网页打不开也是暂时的，一下子又能打开！但百度好像从来能打开！
