Win10下yacc和lex的安装

First download the package of unxutils.zip 

URL：http://unxutils.sourceforge.net/UnxUtils.zip 

Then unzip it to a folder, like me D:\UnxUtils

Set the path in your system environment, just do it like this:

新建lex.l和ya
