install opengrok on ubuntu13.04

1. sudo atp-get install tomcat7
2. download opengrok-0.12.1.tar.gz  and extract
3. copy source.war of opengrok to /var/lib/tomcat7/webapps
4. modify the configuration file under /var/lib/tomcat7/webapps/source/WEB-INF/web.xml

<context-param>
    <param-name>CONFIGURATION</param-name>
    <param-value>to the path of the opengrok extracted (like /home/belyxiong/opengrok/etc/configuration.xml)</param-value>
    <description>Full path to the configuration file where OpenGrok can read it's configuration</description>
  </context-param>

5. index the source files

  enter bin directory of OpenGrok and execute : ./OpenGrok index source_dir
