Updates may fail due to anti-virus software and/or runaway
processes. Please try restarting your machine before attempting to
update again.

不能执行文件：

vs code 更新版本至 1.66.2，遇到上面问题

解决方案：

重装你的 vs code，不会对你当前的任何设置，扩展，文件，记录有任何损失，即使是卸载后，本人亲测（其实这也侧面证明了 vs code 也是流氓软件，在卸载后仍然在电脑本地保留有一切的配置，没有删除，哪怕是一点，也许是 vs code 对自己太自信，觉得用过的人即使卸载了也会重装？）

重装流程

1. 控制面板：卸载（uninstall） vs code
2. 去官网下安装包，也就是 70M
3. 结束

PS: 一个疑问，保留一切配置是 electorn 开发的软件的通病还是生产商自己干的？
