Solution :

1.      createpfile='/optware/oracle/11.2.0.3/db_1/dbs/initcloudapp.ora' from spfile;

2.       viinitcloudapp.ora'

add ‘_allow_resetlogs_corruption=TRUE’at the end of file

3.      startuppfile='/optware/oracle/11.2.0.3/db_1/dbs/initcloudapp.ora';

4.      shutdown immediate

5.      startup open
