short URL generation 方案 : 常见形式就是大小为6的字母和数字组成的字符串，总个数62^6够用了。

1) 基于输入url: to_base62(md5(url)[: 6])

2) 基于auto_increment id：先生成一个id，然后to_base62(id)

3) 基于permutation：调用next_permutation，
